這些儲戶們已經兩個月沒有辦法拿出他們存在河南地方銀行的存款了。因此,他們計劃前往河南上訪維權。他們存款的總金額高達數百億人民幣。
自從中國因新冠疫情而推廣健康碼以來,觀察人士就擔心這種技術會被用作政治工具,限制部分民眾的移動。河南的“紅碼”事件印證了他們的推測。
